AMALFI COAST - SORRENTO

We know that in the Roman age Sorrento met years of prosperity, in fact thanks to his mild climate became a residential location for wealthy Romans that started to build here beautiful villas. Moreover from the Roman age is possible to admire the walls that protected the town from external attacks of the Saracens in the 16th century. Nowadays Sorrento, in addition to its history, charms its visitors with the suggestive centre of the town, a plot of little street full of workshops of Limoncello, souvenires and inlay woodwork.
